Why isn't it free? add

The viewer is free forever — open messages, see HTML body, inline images, open attachments in their default app. The one-time US$19.99 IAP only unlocks attachment export (drag to Finder, Save As, Export All). Enterprise licensing is quoted separately — contact sales.

Does GetMSG ever upload my files? add

No. Parsing and rendering run entirely on-device, and message content is never transmitted — no analytics, no telemetry, no tracking. The app talks to our license server for two things only: the signed revocation list (crl.json) at launch, and a seat check-in if an MDM or Direct license file is installed. Little Snitch will show exactly those requests and nothing else.

Can I move my Pro unlock to another Mac? add

Yes. The IAP is tied to your Apple ID and works on every Mac signed in to the same ID. Family Sharing is not supported — only the purchasing Apple ID gets Pro.

Refunds? add

App Store refunds are handled by Apple's standard refund flow. For enterprise refund requests, email support@getinfo.com.tw.

Is there a subscription? add

No. Pro is a one-time purchase. Enterprise licensing is quoted per deployment and does not auto-renew — contact sales for terms.
